Job Description
3 - to 4 years of experience in the well organized firm.
A. Reconciliation of payment received against invoice and recording the same into software.
B. Mapping of invoice wise TDS and collections in accounting software & Dzire.
C. Co - Ordination with client for submitting copy of ledger account, payment advise & form 16A.
D. Reconciliation of TDS receivables through 26 AS.
E. Reporting of short payment/penalty/deductions on monthly basis and co - ordinating with clients for respective debit notes.
F. Tracking of applicable licences, registration copies, rent deed on real time basis.
G. Assistance in ledger scrutiny and data entry as and when required.
Salary: 20000 - 22000 per month
