Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Sahara Darwaja, Surat. As a part of our finance department, you will be responsible for various tasks including managing the balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and finalization of financial reports. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with competitive salary ranging from INR 420,000 to INR 600,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial activities of the organization, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any financial discrepancies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to management, helping them make informed decisions to achieve organizational goals.
