Responsible for follow ups (payment related, credit note, outstanding and GR) over telephone
Maintaining MIS Report
Weekly reporting to the top management

Ensuring the staff give good customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Good computer knowledge
Helping to build good customer relations
Recruiting staff and doing appraisals
