Job Description
Salary range : Rs.30-35K depending upon the interview and experience.

Designation : - Admin Manager (Female)
Experience : - Experience of at least 5 - 7 years in administration roles
Qualification: : - Graduate from any stream having experience in the required field.
Language fluency in Gujarati, Hindi and English is a must.
• Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
• Must be Proactive, Self-motivated and Multi-tasking.
• Responsibilities : -
• Monitoring the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
• Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
• Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
• Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously
