Job Description
QUALIFICATION
• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution and master’s in business administration (MBA) or equivalent from a premier institute.
• 7-10 years of sales & marketing management experience in a Channel Management and Channel Sales.
• System & Process driven approach with hands on command on the processes of CRM (Sales force/ Microsoft CRM/ Zoho etc)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Designs, implements, and manages sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
• Responsible for the optimal deployment of sales personnel.
• Conducting weekly review meet with the team and share the minutes to the senior management team.
• Preparation & implementation of Balance Score Card for the team.
• Zone wise target setting and reviewing the same as per the market dynamics, assisting the team in achieving the same.
• Will play pivotal role in making Channel Partners successful in achieving their targets.
• Partners with senior leadership to foster an organization of continuous process improvement.
• Prioritizes investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity. Works closely with the IT department and recommends changes and enhancements to the Customer Relation Management Technology platform.
• Maintaining and Building Relationship with all the Key Channel accounts of the company and the Competitors.
• Conduct market analytics (product benchmarking, customer segmentation & profiling, competition landscaping, competitor sales etc.)
• Collaborate with Industry experts and design campaign related material, sales pitch books and collaterals.
• Develop and implement a road map for product positioning and branding.
• Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales organization. Coordinates with sales force and other stakeholders to lead efficient and accurate sales force reporting initiatives.
ACCOUNT ABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES
• Achieving the BSC (Balance Score Card) objective team.
• Achieving targets for New Retail outlets, Active Retail outlets, Sales volume etc.
• Achieving targets for training of channel partner, sales team, masons meet, dealer meets etc.
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
• Reports to the President Sales & Marketing.
• Directly manages a team of Channel Sales Executives and frontline managers in North and to increase sales to 3x level from the current in next 18 months and simultaneously increase the team as per incremental sales.
Working Condition :
• This position requires frequent travelling especially within North India
• All prospective employees must pass a background check, psychometric & IQ test.
