Job Description
Designation:
Agriculture Manager (Male & Female both)
Experience:
1 to 3 years of working experience in a similar field
Qualification:
Bachelor or Masters in Agriculture (soil science/agronomy/plant pathology/plant breeding/entomology) from a reputed university
Skills:
Fluent in Gujarati.
Willing to travel
Knowledge of management and finance
Ability to write reports, prepare presentations
Responsibilities:
Evaluation of Tapi and Kheda cooperatives
Assessing the needs of the cooperatives, in consultation with our aagewans
Creating a business plan for the cooperative; leading and monitoring its implementation
Identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders, including agricultural and business experts
Management of sales and marketing team - setting and achieving sales targets with team
Monitoring the program, finance and accounts
Setting up and maintaining sales systems, forwards and backwards linkages with marketing and sales
Any other task related to SEWA Federation’s work in agriculture and allied activities.
Salary:
