Job title - Area Sales Manager

Job Purpose: To launch, develop and manage effectively Sales network and team to meet
business objectives.

*Roles and Responsibilities*

Identify the market and key initiatives in the areas of sales operation.
Developing the team through own networks and training them.
Generate demand and establish the customer and dealer base of the company through continuous visits and
Daily field visits of own as well as team for maintaining and increasing sales of the
company’s products
Servicing the needs of customers and informing about discounts and special offers.
Allocating areas to sales representatives.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes of market, own networks and connections.
Setting sales targets for individually and team as a whole.
Dealing with some major customer accounts directly.
Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
Developing sales and marketing strategies and plans.
Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
Collecting customer feedback and market research.
Regularly monitor inventory pile up in slow & non-moving SKUs, take remedial actions.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Cross-sell products and grow dealers through it.

Education - BBA / MBA / Any Bachelor Degree.
Experience- Min 02 to 03 Years in any FMCG
