Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager HR & Admin to join our team in Jahangirpura, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry.
The Assistant Manager HR & Admin will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin department. This includes recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing staff, as well as developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the organization, such as office management, budgeting, and record keeping.
The successful candidate should have a graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field. They should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
