We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payment and Bank Follow-up Associate. This position is based in Kosad, Surat, with a pincode of 394107. As a member of our back office team, your primary responsibility will be to handle payment follow-ups and bank follow-ups. This will involve contacting customers to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolving any payment discrepancies. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all payment transactions and communicating with banks regarding any issues or inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary range of INR 144,000 to INR 216,000 per year.
