Job Title - Business Analyst
Location – SNS Platina, Vesu
Working hours - Normal working hours are 9.30 am – 6.30 pm, six days a week with alternate Saturdays off
e10x is a web based ERP platform that is currently in use at some of the best run businesses in Surat. We are looking for Business Analysts to join our customer success team in Surat, Gujarat. This is a full time, on-site role.
The Business Analysts will be responsible for our key customer accounts. They would be the single point of contact for our customers and will take the lead in understanding customer issues and new requirements. They will then track the same and manage fixes and new developments thus ensuring smooth and successful resolution and implementation.
