Job Description:
We are looking for Senior Business Analysts to join our customer success team in Surat, Gujarat.
The Senior Business Analysts will be responsible for our key customer accounts.
He will be handling domestic and International Clients
Team Management
Startegy planning and Implementation
They would be the single point of contact for our customers and will take the lead in understanding customer issues and new requirements.
They will then track the same and manage fixes and new developments thus ensuring smooth and successful resolution and implementation.
Personnel Specification
A bachelor's degree in business, engineering or an MBA
Candidate should be from IT/Software Industry
Highly organized and methodical
Accuracy and attention to detail
A highly effective communicator, verbally and in writing
