Business Developer Executive / Cold Calling Expert

Minimum Experience: 3-4 Years
Salary: INR 40,000 TO 50,000/Monthly


Must-Have - Previous experience of cold calling and business development for selling in IT Services like web development etc.

To maximize the effectiveness of the Corporate Account managers by producing high-quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set
targets and profitability goals. To provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner

- Candidate must have sound knowledge of Freelancing website business development and leads generations.
- Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high-quality leads
- Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
- Follow up the leads generated by marketing campaigns to identify new business and expansion opportunities.
- Provide routine input to marketing on the success of campaigns and the quality of leads for the continuous improvement feedback loop.
- Cold call business to convert them to our products and services
- Maintain and update all key information within our CRM system so that sales, lead, opportunity, customer and partner activity is a reflection of the sales stage at

all the time.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills over the phone are essential.
- Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of customers’ business needs and the ability to translate that in creating opportunities for SUSE sales.
- Self-motivated and self-starter – willing to pick up the phone to hit call targets even after negative responses.
- Team player.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Knowledge of structural sale and organized customer relationship management

This position requires frequent computer-based work and intense daily phone work.
