Company Introduction
The venture Fabric N Fabric had its inception in September, 2018. Its primary focus and aim is to
network with fashion designers and built a super strong network in the world of fashion. Since the
beginning company is striving to market it premium products - fine quality value added fabrics to its
potential leads and clients. With only 8 months in business, company has forayed into 4 states and
has its network in 12 cities and is working with 100 potential clients and has generated leads to 350+
designers. With strong vision and prospect Fabric N Fabric is striving to work with 1000 potential
clients in next 3 years.
Inviting fresh and talented candidates to apply for the post of business development, marketing
and strategic position for our new venture.
Education Criteria:
Any Graduate in the field of Science or Management. Experience in sales and marketing of any kind
is preferable. Engineering or MBA background preferable.
Candidate should be willing to travel pan India for business development.
Candidates who not only want to build a career in marketing field but would want to learn and grow
from hands on field experience may apply.
Competencies requiredGraduate
Language Fluency – English (High), Hindi (High)
Software Competency: Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SEO tools - High Level
Marketing and acute Salesmanship – High level
Self Management Skills – High level
Lead Generation and conversion ability
Basic Coding, Graphic designing, online platform handling skills would be preferable. This is not
mandatory and won’t be considered as criteria for selection. But if you have those skills better bring
it to notice.
Criteria:
Effective Communication skills and acute listener.
Fluent in English.
Ready to travel at max. 15 days in a month for business development and Relationship
maintenance activities.
Should be confident
Curious enough to learn about fashion industry and customers requirements.
Acumen for sales and marketing. ( A work go getter)
Candidate should be able to prioritize task and should be able to make quick independent
decisions.
Should be Honest, Punctual and time pliant.
Key Role Responsibilities – Sales Executive
Should be able to generate new leads on day to day basis.
Should be able to work in both ways- offline and online ecommerce platform to generate
business (soon to be launched).
Should be able to strategies and plan tours for its subordinate sales associate.
Should be able to draft reports of growth and present it effectively.
Should be able to convert leads and make them effective sales on day to day basis.
Should be able to display and handle samples effectively.
Should be able to deal with clients on day to day basis.
Should be able to understand and take proper feedback from the client of their latest
demands and future needs.
Should give delivery commitments after coordinating with the supplier coordinator and
keeping track of in house inventory.
Should be able to work on in-house Sales order management software. Competency : Basic
Regular reporting and scheduling to higher rank Subordinate.
Package
Candidate will undergo training for 3 months.
Training will be under the supervision of the leader himself.
Annual starting Package of 2.16 LPA + Monthly variable sales bonus on sales achievements.
The candidate will be paid only 75% of the pay during the training period.
After completion of 1.5 years, the candidate is eligible for ¾ month extra pay bonus given to all the
employees during Diwali.
Agree to join the firm for a minimum 1 ½ years with the notice period of 1 ½ month after the request
for termination is raised. Candidate’s resignation will not be accepted unless a proper replacement is
placed and trained in his place.
