Business Development Executive/Manager
Job description:
Meet monthly, quarterly and annually sales target
Making dealers from different cities.
Prospecting, identifying and developing new channels for furniture business with new
customers
Meet the existing client to maintain relationship and grow business
Achieve individual revenue and gross profit targets
Strengthening the business relationship and maximizing business opportunities
Visiting and explain different products to Architects, Govt. officials, engineers in Govt., Banks
corporates etc.
Understand customer needs and suggest the appropriate modification.
Giving Presentations about our company & the various products manufactured by us.
Suggest different sales verticals to management and grow the business to achieve targets
Search different tenders and contact the relevant company or PMC agencies to grab the
opportunities
Prepare tender package and send appropriate quotation to the agencies
Providing quotations, Catalogues, Samples for the selection and approval of clients
Negotiations, Follow up for the Orders, Getting Product specified.
Providing the Performa invoice ,Getting PO, advance payment, coordinating with seniors for
time bound delivery
Constantly report on progress of projects to Clients /Architects.
Discussion of Payment terms, disputes settling & other important matters.
Prepare documents with detail terms and conditions to avoid future consequences
Take daily reporting from dealers and conduct meeting/training in once a month
Prepare formats for dealers and distributors
Get project completion report from sales executive and deliver to accounts department
Manage complex projects and multi tasks
Ensure and review productivity of all team members
Provide sales and other training to team members as and when required
Understanding changing market trends and accordingly suggesting changes in productivity
and delivery methods
Job specification:
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Experience: Experience in Ceramic showrooms or sanitary ware companies as business
development executive , marketing, making dealers or related field for more than 3 years
Skills/Knowledge: Strong communication ,negotiation and organizational skills Word, Excel,
Outlook, and PowerPoint
