Job Description
Business Development Manager/Executive
Position: Business Development Manager/Executive
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs for executive and 5+ for manager.
* Responsibilities:
Identification of new business opportunities and generating target-based revenues from new customer acquisitions
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Researching potential leads from business directories, Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.
Analyzes business systems and functions; assists in identifying client requirements and provides appropriate documentation for contract and pricing propositions
Engage the client and the account management team to in regular discussions on our product offerings and understand their issues / concerns if any.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
* Requirements:
Should have worked with reputed software services companies selling IT solutions/ Development services in International Markets.
Proven sales track record
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Proficiency in Verbal and Written English
Good with Negotiation, Planning and Time management skills
