Job Responsibilities:
• Identify potential distributors and dealers in an area, evaluate their scope and potential and accomplish their on-boarding
• Identifying gaps in the distributor/dealer policies and articulating new policies to bridge the gaps
• Suggest improvements in the distribution network, channels and distribution process to the senior management
• Identify emerging geographiesin your region for expansion and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitors in the area
• Identify new products/services that match with the competencies of the firm and can be developed in the market
• Manage dealer and retailer expectations and maintain a beneficial and successful relationship with them
• Resolveany territorial issues or conflicts between dealer, retailer or distributor
• Resolve and address issues of dealers or retailers regarding sales administration
