Job Description
Designation - Business Development manager
Need Male candidates with Proven working experience as a business development manager,
Require Skills - Proven sales track record, Experience in customer support is a plus, Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, Proficiency in English, Market knowledge, Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage complex projects & multi-task.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media (Cold calling on regular bases to enhance potential clients to grow the domestic market.)
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Developing goals for the development team & business growth & ensuring they are
met.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Training personnel & helping team members develop their skills.
