Job Description



We are looking for an experienced Business Development Officer to join our team in Althan, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry and a maximum of 5 years.

The primary responsibility of the Business Development Officer will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and manage existing client relationships. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, as well as provide excellent customer service.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the real estate industry and experience in sales and marketing is preferred.

The annual salary for this position is between ₹300000 and ₹600000, depending on experience and qualifications. The working hours are 9:30am-7pm. Job benefits are as per company norms.
