CCTV Supervisor Technician Responsibilities
Job brief
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic CCTV Maintenance Supervisor Technician to
help us monitoring CCTV system, diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment,
repairing or replacing equipment, running tests & completing reports, updating and
improving existing systems. You will be the front of the company and will have the
dedication to create and apply an effective problem solving techniques (troubleshooting). The
goal is to drive entire system with zero breakdown at any point of time & to provide
sustainable maintenance through pro approach to avoid unwanted breakdown.
CCTV Maintenance Supervisor Technician responsibilities include new CCTV installation
and if require repairing the device to cut short unwanted burden on company. Purchasing new
device, negotiating deals, maintaining store inventory and maintaining satisfaction to Wards
Company. If you have good communication, problem solving skills and feel comfortable
reaching out for troubleshooting problems at any point of time, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
 Troubleshooting device & Monitoring equipment
 Repairing or replacing faulty equipment /devices
 Purchasing Materials for installation
 Maintain inventory management(Store management)
 Conduct market research to identify new products availability in market to satisfy
company wants.
 Create maintenance reviews reports to handover HOD
 Stock inventory management with proper reporting of stock
 Ensure the availability of stock for demonstrations whenever required
