Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Kigali, Rwanda, to oversee the entire construction activity of our new factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, labour agencies, government officials, architects, and supervisors to ensure the project is completed efficiently and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a background in site engineering and construction management, although specific educational and experience requirements are flexible for the right candidate. This position offers a competitive salary range from 1,080,000 to 1,200,000 Rwandan Francs, along with additional benefits.
