Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Executive to join our team in Navjivan Circle, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the textile/garments industry and a graduate degree.

The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be able to identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. They will also be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving customer complaints, and providing feedback to management.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

This is a full-time position with working hours of 10am-7pm. The salary range for this position is ₹300000-₹420000 per ann
