Job Description

JD Role:
- Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact (Call, Email & SMS)
- Work as a bridge between the internal team & client (Multi-department)
- Daily Leads Follow-up
- Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
- Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio
- Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings
- Client communication and meetings whenever required to understand their expectations
- Lead to Conversation communication and sending Quotations.
- Offline meetings with client whenever required
- Client Communication through WhatsApp/SMS, Email and Calls related to our services.
- Daily offline/online clients meets
- Lead to conversation follow up & Sending Quotations
- Research And prepare client presentations,reports
- Identify growth opportunity to drive revenue
