Client Servicing Executive
1. Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact (Call, Email & SMS)
2. Work as a bridge between the internal team & client (Multi-department)
3. Daily Leads Follow-up
4. Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
5. Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio
6. Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings
7. Client communication and meetings whenever required to understand their expectations
8. Lead to Conversation communication and sending Quotations.
9. Offline meetings with client whenever required
10. Client Communication through WhatsApp/SMS, Email and Calls related to our services.
Daily Tip: Check Emails, Trello, WhatsApp Business Before starting everyday’s work.
Salary range - Between 15k to 20k
