Job Description
Monitoring the Shipment Life cycle from Pick up till Delivery / Returns.
- Resolution of Queries raised from client via mails / calls related to Shipment Life cycle.
- Arrange bi-monthly review with client focusing on overall Improvement and other issues faced, if any.
- Being able to identify the possible issues which may arise and resolving them proactively.
- Act as SPOC for all clients.
- Sharing Weekly MIS, Performance reports focused on Attempts TAT, Delivery TAT , and Delivery %.
- Meeting client expectations and focusing on the increase in Volumes contributing to Company revenue.
- A continuous improvement approach with Problem solving skills are must.
- Decision making abilities with Sound Communication skills are required.
