Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Co-ordinating Architect to join our team in Udhna, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Co-ordinate with a consultant regarding drawings and site development activities.
Prepare Bar chart and follow up for execution with respect to timeline.
Co- ordinate with Management, Site Incharge and consultant for smooth functioning of Site activities.
Basic understanding of rules and regulations for governing the construction industry.
Ensure legal activities are being taken care of.
Familiar with design software (2D/3D studio VIZ).
Creative and detailed oriented individual with good leadership skills.
The Co-ordinating Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all project requirements are met.
The successful candidate should have a degree in architecture or a related field and should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
The position offers an annual salary of between ₹300000 and ₹480000, depending on experience. The working hours are 10am-7pm. Benefits are as per company norms.
