Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Debt Collection Officer. Located in Katargam, Surat, our company operates in the Textiles industry. This is a full-time position with working hours from 10am to 7pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring accounts to identify outstanding debts and investigating historical data for each debt or bill. In addition, they will be required to find and contact clients to inquire about their overdue payments and take necessary actions to encourage timely debt payments. The educational requirements for this role are flexible, and candidates with any educational background are encouraged to apply. However, a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. The salary for this position ranges from INR 144,000 to INR 204,000 per year, and additional job benefits will be provided as per company norms.
