Job Description

Collecting Documents from the customers and submission of documents in Metro outlets
Take Care of payments that are made
2 wheeler with driving license is mandatory
Sorting out payment plans
Recording payments that are made
Organising customer files (every job has paperwork and admin)
Chasing debtors and late payments
Weekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor
Monthly Delinquency notices
Processing monthly credit memos and the appropriate reporting
High volume phone calls to assigned delinquent customers
Manage customers on the shutdown report
