Job Description

We are looking for a CRE (Customer Relationship Executive) to join our Events team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in customer service and/or event management.

The CRE will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CRE will also be responsible for coordinating events, managing event logistics, and ensuring that all event requirements are met.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

This is a full-time position with working hours from 10am-7pm. The salary range for this position is ₹1,44,000-1,80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits as per company norms.
