This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of INR 144,000 to INR 180,000 per year.

As a CRM Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include conducting customer analysis to identify trends and patterns, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement these strategies. You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer data, analyzing customer behavior, and making data-driven recommendations to drive revenue growth.
