Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. Based in Vesu, Surat, you will be responsible for building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers in the events industry. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the relationship with customers handled by the team, resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required, and any educational background will be considered. This is a full-time position with working hours from 10am to 7pm, and the salary range is between INR 180,000 to INR 300,000 per year, depending on experience.
