Handle day-to-day inbound and outbound calls and record the same.
Handle the Website Chat Portal, Whats app Support, and Phone Support
Handle customer queries gently and politely in a professional manner.
Should have good communication skills, can able to talk in English fluently.
Having a good command of Excel and Word to maintain MIS reports.
Able to work in fast-paced work culture.
Education: Graduate in any Stream (Preferred)
