Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) to join our team in Vesu, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the Textiles industry and a Graduate degree.

The CRM will be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be able to identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, as well as providing feedback to the company on customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The position offers a salary range of ₹18000 to ₹25000 per annum, based on performance. The working hours are 10am-7pm.
