Follow up of make to order product with different supplier and party.
To give satisfactory solution to unhappy customer.
Do Live Video chat with Customer to convince Customer.
Bring new Customer with help and reference of old and existing customer.
More than 2 years experience in customer care/sales/customer support
Must have a good grip on excel
