We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Executive to join our team in PANDESARA, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the Pharma industry and a Graduate degree.

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is also essential.

The position offers an annual salary of ₹1,80,000 to ₹2,64,000, depending on experience. The working hours are 10am-7pm. Benefits are as per company norms.
