Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Varachha, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information. The candidate should also be able to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and excellent communication skills. The candidate should also be able to work independently and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The position offers a salary of ₹180000 to ₹200000 per annum and other benefits as per company norms. The working hours are from 10am-7pm.
