We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Pandesara, Surat. As a part of our Customer Service department, the primary responsibilities of this role will include handling after sales feedback and queries from customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers a competitive salary range of INR 180,000 to INR 300,000 annually.

In this role, the candidate will be expected to handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. They will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing after sales feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work well under pressure.
