Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at our Gems & Jewellery store in Varachha, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and should be able to work 10am-7pm.

The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information. The successful candidate should be able to build strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a Graduate degree and should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate should also be able to work independently and be able to handle multiple tasks.
