Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Vesu, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the ceramics industry and a graduate degree.

The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and resolving customer issues. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to their problems.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

The position offers a salary range of ₹216000 to ₹240000 per annum and working hours of 9am-6:30pm. Benefits as per company norms.
