Build relationships with key customers

Handle customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc and manage their expectations.
Advise clients on creating profitable processes
Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
report to boss directly
communication skill should b very strong
she should bold , presentable , smart , decision maker.
n cases of customer complaints, the role holder should be result oriented to offer maximum satisfaction and timeliness.
Conversation with Existing client & new client threw mail or on call.
Good English
Work Place in Store
Qualification: Any hospitality course
Experience : 5 to 6 Years
Timing: 9:30 to 7 pm
Salary : 15 k to 35K
Note: Female Candidate is required and also candidate should be married (If any unmarried candidate suitable on this profile then also schedule for interview but most prefer married candidate)
