Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner
Clearly determine the purpose of the call. Efficiently manage multiple phone calls.
Deal with queries and provide correct information
-Take reservations
-Handle modifications or cancellations of existing reservations
Handle and resolve guest complaints
Be able to answer any questions relevant to guest's reservation, hotel amenities, driving directions,
area information, billing questions, etc
·-Take and deliver messages accurately and completely.
-Virtual check in/check out.
-Co ordinating with the ground staff of the Hotel.

-High school diploma
Experience in Hospitality Industry
knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Be able to work overnight

Available shifts : 4:30pm to 12:30 am and 12:30 am to 8:30 am and 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Location : Parle Point
Salary :15k to 20k(fresher)
upto 30k for experience
