Customer success representative
Responsibilities
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Solving problems creatively when easy solutions aren’t available
Requirements:
Must be fluent in Gujarati, Hindi & English. This is a deal maker.
Experience working with international clients.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.
Capacity to accept and utilize constructive criticism.
Modest experience in the fields of Windows/Linux environments
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software

Location: Remote
At present we are 100% remote / work from home.
Night Shift timings - 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST. Monday to Friday.
