We are currently seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team at our Sahara Darwaja location in Surat. As a Customer Service representative, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent service and support to our valued customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours and a salary range of 15,000 to 25,000 per month.

In this role, you will be expected to handle a variety of customer service tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers with their inquiries.
