Job Description
Understanding & responding to primary level customer queries /issues over phone or email/ticketing system
Provide product training/demos to the customers
Setup necessary configurations/implementation of software to clients so that they use our product.
Analyze and identify process changes or product enhancements required & suggest if any.
Monitor internal alerts and raise alarm for critical issues.
Be available at flexible for best customer experience
Experience in web-based software implementation & support training
PHP MySQL knowledge is essential
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Ticket management system knowledge will be added advantage
