Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in Vesu, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in the Advertising industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing technical support. The candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary between ₹1,00,000 and ₹2,50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with working hours from 10am-7pm.

The ideal candidate should have a Graduate degree and should be familiar with customer service best practices.
