Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in Vesu, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing technical support. The candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.

The successful candidate should have a post-graduate degree and should be able to work 10am-7pm. The annual salary for this position is between ₹240000 and ₹300000, depending on experience. Benefits will be provided as per company norms.
