Job Summary
A Management Consultant will be assigned Consulting Assignments which Aims to solve
the Complex Business Problems of the Clients in the field of Sales and Business
Development.
Roles and Responsibility:
Understanding the Challenges of Client in the area of Sales – Business Growth.
Designing the Business Growth Strategy.
Implementation of Business Growth Strategy at Client location.
Solving the Complex Business Problems.
Dealing with Client and team of client to achieve the desired results.
Driving the Project to maintain Client Satisfaction & Achieve Success for Client.
Learn the products and services offered by the clients, including the sales terms (e.g.
special features, return and warranty policies)
helping clients in Setting targets for the sales department, Collaborate with the
marketing department to prepare common strategies, Monitor sales numbers and
marketing metrics.
Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates
Analyze market trend

Skills
Knowledge of Sales Processes is must.

Excellent in MS Office Functions (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
Willing to Travel whenever necessary
Qualification
BBA / MBA / Any Bachelor Degree.
More than 3 Year of Experience in Management Consulting / Sales (preferred)
