 Resource management
 Job Responsibilities:
o Product Sampling
 Gathering requirement of new developments and understanding it.
 Get required materials and resources available for new developments.
 Distributing development work to designing team and brief them accordingly.
 Get sampling done at possibly best price.
 Get sample approved and finalize sample with product details, photography and
selling rates.
o Resource Management
 Finding Units and finalizing them by comparing their quotes and long term
working capabilities.
 Time to time visiting units working with the company and check for new
chances of creations.
 Find and visit suppliers for new materials required for the development.
o Research for new concepts
 Regularly check and find new concepts for the product segments we are
working in and get it approved for development.
 Manage the Designing team and design their work flow.
