Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Check Pending Programme and Whatsapp to Director
• Report to Grey Godown about the programme
• Explain Grey Godown Team to prepare TP
• Prepare Day wise Plan and report it to Director
• Take Followup of Fabric in Transport
• Check (Followup)Dispatch Detail from Mending Dept.
• Dispatch Planning
• Prepare Job Bill / E way Bill in absence of Account Assistant
• As per Dispatch Planning, Execute Mending and Checking priority wise
• Prepare Delivery Challan of Ready Orders
• Prepare Parcel for Dispatch
• Reporting of TP dispatched to Director
• Reporting to Director about Inward and Outword Materials and Transportation Details

Requisite Skills: Good knowledge of Dispatch Formalities
MS Word, Power Point & MS Excel and mailing
Good in Communication- in Hindi and English language

Desired Skills: Aggressive nature and Organized, time management skills, Good Decision Making ability
Education : Minimum 10 pass
