Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to join our team at our Gems & Jewellery store in Katargam, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role and be able to manage the dispatch of goods and materials in a timely and efficient manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch of goods and materials, ensuring that all orders are dispatched on time and in accordance with customer requirements. They will also be responsible for managing the dispatch team, ensuring that all staff are trained and up to date with the latest dispatch procedures.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A degree in a related field is preferred but not essential.
