Job Description

Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in e-commerce sales or management.
Demonstrated the ability to lead projects and develop Web initiatives is required: organizing, planning and executing projects from conception through implementation.
In-depth knowledge of e-commerce and user experience best practices, experience managing e-commerce stores and promotions.
Demonstrated the understanding of Web technologies, browsers, analytics and content management systems and processes.
Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, verbal/written communication, leadership and multi-tasking skills.
Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good command of both written and spoken English
Track and evaluate site user behaviour; make recommendations to improve user experience/usability and sales conversion.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities & show constant entrepreneurial initiative.
